-Removed the menu music (caused the game to crash when exiting a profile to go to the main profile selection screen)
-Fixed definitions in sign.dbmx.hugoces.sii and model.mexico.sii
-Fixed CoG offsets in cargo files
-Fixed naming of the dds for the bus stop map ui (from Castores to castores)
-Removed the two extra Pemex gas stations at the toll station when there was one closer in Guanacevi at the toll station there
-Put numerous companies inside their respective city limits
-Added company definitions to several companies that were missing defs
-Fixed naming of the file for Santa Rosalia (from santa_rosalia to santa_rosa to fix the incorrect -format error) (renamed the associated company def files to reflect this as well)
-Removed the unnecessary and unused ferry points.
-Renamed templates.sii to templates.mod_franck.sii and removed all templates below Viva Mexico's 1261 to make more compatible with any possible change SCS might do in template numbering)
-Fixed a couple of these and some other errors that I found. Namely several companies not having definitions in the company def folders, and several of them were not in a city area.
-Even dumber, those three missing ferry errors, two were in the middle of the road, and one was over the oceam.
